I provide individual therapy for adults. People do not need to have a “serious problem” to see a counsellor. I offer short-term therapy for people who are going through a stressful time.
I also offer more long-term counselling for clients who want a deeper connection with a therapist to work out their history of trauma, complicated family dynamics, and longstanding mental health issues.
I help my clients by teaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) skills to help people manage their emotions. I also offer a more Psychodynamic therapeutic approach for people who want to work on more comprehensive change as a result of long-term problems that often arise from childhood experiences.
Sessions are 50 minutes on Zoom. I usually respond to your emails within 24 hours.
